Didn't get the job
I didn't get the job. I was so nervous when I interviewed that I bumped the table going in and bumped it going on. The questions were hard:
What is my definition of leadership vs. management?
How do I want students, parents, colleagues to see me?
What would I do to address the truancy program and the drop out rate?
Why do I want to live in Decatur?
How do I deal with difficult situations?
I can't remember the rest.
