How in the world?
A friend invited me over for dinner after church. I told her that I would be banana pudding. I was excited to share my famous "slap yo mama" banana pudding. I got all the ingredients and started preparing. Since I don't drink milk anymore I decided to use SILK. Bad move. The pudding wouldn't thicken. So I went back to the store to get regular milk and more pudding. I was about a half an hour late, but the banana pudding would be worth it. I started a new batch and for some reason the pudding was looking a little too yellow. So I decided to use the vanilla instead of french vanilla and after whipping up a new box of pudding, I realized that I forgot the whipped cream, aaagghhh. How could I forget the whipped cream. I had two batches of banana pudding that was minus the whipped cream. Whipped cream is what makes the dessert finger licking good. No wonder the pudding was too yellow. Ugh. Now I was an hour and a half late to dinner, so I just scrapped the banana pudding idea and bought a boston cream cake from Kroger.
